Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received within 3 business days. This information is also disclosed prior to placing an order. It is scheduled to ship morning in accordance with the shipping policy.

Returns & Exchange Details

We appreciate your business. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know so that we can fix it.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted with 10-days of the date received (delivery confirmation date). Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns are not accepted on items that have been used or altered in any way. This includes cuts, attempted use, bent, etc. Items must be in new condition as received. Items that do not meet these basic qualities will not be accepted for return. If damaged items are returned they will be held and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom Orders, Personalized Orders, Items on Sale.


Items returned not due to damage or shipping mistake are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.


Please return items via a trackable method for your protection.


Once returned items have been received you will be issued a refund in the amount of the purchase. Refund will be issued to the same method of payment as the purchase. Shipping costs for the returned items will be refunded if the return is due to our error.
